This policy covers kestrelbarrow.online. The site is run by Kestrel Barrow, PLLC, doing business as Kestrel Barrow Surveying and Engineering, 1215 W Bannock Street, Suite 400, Boise, ID 83702.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, parcel number, county and the description you type. Nothing else is collected through the form. The form on this site is static and does not store entries in a database. We receive your message by email after you send it.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, such as IP address, page requested and time, for up to 30 days to diagnose errors and block abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and to prepare a fee proposal.
• To open a job file if you hire us.
• To contact you about that job, such as field access.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with marketers. Parcel numbers and addresses are public records, but we still treat your request as private.

Who sees it

Office staff and the crew chief assigned to your job. If we hire a subcontractor, such as a geotechnical firm, we share only what they need for the work.

Records we must keep

Records of survey and plats we file are public documents held by the county. Our own job files are kept for at least seven years, as professional practice requires, and then securely destroyed.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will answer within 30 days. Public filings and job files we are required to keep cannot be deleted.

Changes
